Kyle is the BEST! I had a cold air return that had been cut off from a previous remodel from the original owner of the house. While I was doing a new remodel I wanted to reconnect the cold air return to the new system. However it wasn't just straight forward and easy. I tried for weeks to solve the problem with no solution. Kyle came out and solved the problem within a few minutes and was able to reconnect the return back into the system AND made it more efficient. I will be using Kyle for all of my HVAC needs in the future. He tells you how it is and doesn't try and up sell you on things you don't need like the other HVAC companies do. After the hottest day of the year, I was needing system maintenance done on our RTU as it could not keep up at our restaurant.  I reached out to Kyle yesterday afternoon and he was able to come out first thing today.  He and Terry showed up right when they said they would.  They were able to go over our unit and see that our issue was not directly related to the RTU and did not try and scam us like many other HVAC companies do with older units.  We used another company last year that told us that the unit needed to be replaced, so this was great knowing Kyle is not trying to sell us something we do not need. Kyle and his team exceeded my expectations. They were professional and courteous. I needed to replace my old furnace and decided to add central AC to my home. Kyle came out in a timely manner and gave us the best quote. Kyle had excellent communication about when and how the work would be completed. The work was done quickly without any complications. I highly recommend Kyle and his team for any HVAC project. My dogs loved his crew too.
